I was very close to naming this post, "Finding the PERFECT Neighborhood to move to." But then I realized at the last moment it is nearly impossible for you to move to the perfect location.

As noted in ApartmentGuide.com's post, "How to Choose the Best Neighborhood for You," you will likely have to choose between different qualities for where you want to live, because you will most likely be unable to find everything.

The post says:

"Proximity to everything usually means lots of traffic, and a more secluded location with a low crime rate usually means you’ll be traveling further to get to work, school and errands. So decide what you’re willing to give up."
It is important to choose what is most important to you for where you are relocating.
